DETAILED ITINERARY
This short trek is perfect to discover the desert in order to complete your stay in Morocco or simply to enjoy an enchanted break in a short time. It is suitable for all levels of walkers from beginners.

Day
2
Departure from Marrakech, Ouarzazate, Foum Zguid or Agadir to the desert
Travel time: 5 to 6 hours on road and 2 hours on track
Early morning departure for transfers from Marrakech or Agadir and around noon for departures from Ouarzazate.
You can also join us from Foum Zguid to easily insert the trek into your travel route. From Foum Zguid, we will climb in a 4x4 for the beginning of the adventure to the dunes.
There our team of nomads is waiting for us and will have set up the bivouac in a hollow of dune, far from everything. You can enjoy a first night in the wilderness under the tents.
First day of trekking
Temps de marche : 3 à 4h
After waking up surrounded by this magical setting, we will have a hearty breakfast. After retreating the campsite, we will leave for a 3 to 4-hour walk, depending on the level of the group, the heat of the day, in the middle of the sand dunes.
Our team will choose the ideal location to install the temporary bivouac. You will have the afternoon free to enjoy the dunes, admire these immense landscapes, observe the desert life, relax. The evening will be a pleasant moment near the campfire to admire the stars.

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT:
a sleeping bag suitable for the temperatures of the period (more information on the weather here )
lightweight walking shoes or sneakers with sand-proof gaiters
a backpack with a water bottle
a 10kg travel bag

Day
3
Second day of trekking
Walking time: 3 to 4 hours
A new day in the middle of the dunes, with walking time in the morning then the installation of the campsite. The camp will be set up near our fixed bivouac where you can enjoy taking a shower after these 2 days in the dunes. You can enjoy a 3rd night in the absolute silence of the desert.

Return to Marrakech, Ouarzazate, Foum Zguid or Agadir
Travel time: 2 hours on the track and 5 to 6 hours by road depending on destination
After a breakfast in the open air, the 4x4 will pick you up at the foot of the dunes to join Foum Zguid by the track then Marrakech, Ouarzazate or Agadir according to your choice.
The program is subject to adjustment depending on weather conditions.
Each participant must be in good health and not have any specific health conditions.
